Physicians under 35 (Junior) € 250,00
Nurses and Data Managers € 200,00
Exhibitor** € 150,00
*Sponsor staff members who have registered with a standard fee can have access to the scientific session sitting in a dedicated area.
** Exhibitor fee DOES NOT include: conference kit and participation in the scientific sessions.
The registration fee includes:
- Participation in the scientific sessions

- Attendance certificate
- Lunches an coffee breaks
- Welcome reception
Registration requests sent after April 5, 2024
will be charged € 100,00 extra fee. To avoid long lines at the on-site
registration counters, we encourage you to register for the meeting in
advance.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR GROUP
1. Create your reserved area with username and password by February 28, 2024.
2. Download the Import Spreadsheet Template and fill it in
3. Upload your group spreadsheet template
by March 21, 2024
4. Manage your group until April 5, 2024.
Please notice that an email address is required for each delegate.
NAME CHANGES
Name
changes will be accepted free of charge until April 5, 2024. After this
date a name change fee of € 50,00 will be imposed. The previously
booked registration will be automatically taken over to the replacing
person's registration.
INDIVIDUALS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations
must be submitted to the EMN2024 Organizing Secretariat by April 5,
2024, to receive a refund, less processing fee* (* € 35,00 standard
registrations; € 20,00 under 35 years old registrations; € 10,00 data managers, nurses and exhibitor registrations). All requests must include
a brief description of reason for cancelling.
Please note that no
refunds will be made after April 5, 2024. If payment was made by credit
card, the refund will appear as a credit on the account within four
weeks. If your original payment was by wire transfer, refunds will be
made out by wire transfer within 60 days after the conclusion of the
meeting.
MEET THE EXPERT SESSIONS
The registration for the meet the expert sessions is now open.
Meet the Expert Sessions take place on April 18 and April 19, 2024 during the lunch break. Box lunches will provided inside the meeting rooms.
Registration is free of charge but spots are limited. Preregistration to attend these sessions is necessary. If spots are still available, you can also register onsite during registration hours.
